![]() ![]() My left knee is pretty much back to normal but my right knee is still very tight. It was a good break but I found myself getting off of my nutrition because I felt down on myself and my progress because I could not do the workout programs I wanted to do since my knees were so sore.Īs I continued with yoga and some knee exercises, they began to feel better. I started experiencing some knee pain during Shift Shop and hoped that doing yoga and stretching would help. After completing Shift Shop a little over a month ago, I decided to take some time to stretch out and rest.
